One of the five cottages built on the spectacular waterfront property owned by many years, this cottage is a true embodiment of “Cape Cod” Shingle style, evoking the romantic past with its gambrel gable, eyebrow dormer and “octagon” tower covered with bell curved roof.  The cottage presents itself with a modest front, where you have a glimpse of the water through the double sided fireplace in the foyer, and then unfolds into the great room fully embracing the spectacular views of the Georgian Bay.  Another special feature of the cottage includes a octagon shaped outdoor room which can be transformed into a screened-in porch with recessed motorized phantom screens, or enclosed with folding glass doors for all season use.  The client and his family enjoys this all season retreat tremendously.
